Amazing Location and Staff!
helpful staff clean rooms safe location really good location
I am charmed by the staff and their helpfulness. They arranged airport transport with no issues. The room included needed amenities. I found the location really good with plenty of cafes nearby. I think this hotel offeres clean rooms and a safe location.
The hotel charged for bottled water from the fridge. I think this is a minor inconvenience.

Many great eating places were near the hotel. I could find different types of food and restaurant options very easily. All was within a short walking distance so it was very convenient.

The hotel have a super location between Sultanahmet and Cemberlitas tram station. Major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are also nearby. It took only a short, safe walk to reach these spots.

The terrace offer very nice views. Rooms include air conditioning, a lifesaver during hot weather. The staff is available 24/7 at reception so they was always someone there to assist.

underwhelming stay, sadly
ripped bedding deceptive pictures
The hotel location was quite alright. It was close enough to several attractions, i guess.
i found the room smaller than expected. the description listed an iron, but i needed to request it daily, and it wasnt always available, how annoying. also, the bedding looked kind of ripped, not what one expects, even in a basic room. i felt that the pictures online were bit deceptive, showing a better room condition than what i actually got.

Really good stay near historical attractions
clean room helpful staff good restaurants convenient location
I stayed in a beautiful double room. The room was always clean . The staff were helpful with directions. I found several good restaurants just around the corner (I especially liked the kebab place!).
The elevator was a little slow at peak times.

mixed feelings about my stay
non-functioning air conditioning uncleaned room
the air conditioning did not function properly, and i informed the staff multiple times. they said it was working, but no one checked it. the room also wasn't cleaned .

the hotel's location was convenient close to attractions and shops

convenient location friendly staff professional staff small room empty minibar poor air conditioning
The location was unbeatable! It was a short walk to the tram stops and main attractions. The Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia were all within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional. They were always ready to help.
My room was quite small, that was a little disappointing. There wasn't much space to open my luggage fully. The minibar was empty, I found that inconvenient. The air conditioning did not seem to work very well.
